With approximately 1,500 square meters of factory production space and over 50 qualified staff, we have the ability to handle all of your production needs. Our company is highly quality-oriented and we ensure our customers that we use only the best raw materials and follow a developed six step procedure of on site QC and QA programs. CMX's quality control system strictly follows ISO9001 and ISO14001 guidelines.
We provide a 5 year quality warranty to our customers. Most of our products are compliant with CE, RoHS, CB, EN54-16, C-tick, FCC or UL, and EN54-24 fireproof certificate.
CMX usually responds to our customer inquiries within 4 hours and we can design sound systems for our customers within 24 hours. We normally solve service requests within 48 hours with either spare parts or new replacements.
Our company is working with more than 24 worldwide distributors in support of our original high quality products and to maintain professional before and after sales service.
