Project Background

The affiliated kindergarten of Tongren Preschool Teachers College originated from the "Kindergarten" and is a full-time public kindergarten under the Tongren Preschool Teachers College that integrates preschool education and practical training. Opened in March 2016, invested in the construction of Shuxiang New Park in 2017, led Tongda Branch Park in 2018, cooperated in leading the High tech Branch Park in 2019, and opened three new parks in 2020, solving the difficulty of entering the education park and providing high-quality preschool education for the children of migrant households.

The scale of affiliated kindergartens is grand. Among them, Shuxiang New Park covers an area of 20550 square meters, with a construction area of 12889 square meters and a construction scale of 24 classes (including early education classes).

Kindergarten Network Broadcasting Needs and Solutions

Project requirements:

1. Before entering the kindergarten in the morning, children's songs, music, welcoming words, and greetings will be automatically played.

2. In the afternoon, happy children's music will be played automatically to send the children home after school.

3. During class, cheerful music is automatically played as the ringing tone for class.

4. The classroom speaker has local sound reinforcement function, supporting audio inputs such as computers, and Bluetooth microphones for classroom sound reinforcement.

5. During nap, automatically play a gentle lullaby; At the end of the nap, wake up the children with music.

6. Kindergarten broadcasting has the function of unmanned and automatic playback.

7. Kindergarten broadcasting has audio insertion function, which enables the principal to speak, whole school meetings, emergency notifications, etc.

Solution:

Based on the analysis of kindergarten usage needs and building conditions, Sound Broadcasts Technology (CMX) adopts an IP network broadcasting system based on campus network mode for transmission and control. Through the transmission of kindergarten network, the above problems are effectively solved and the audio quality of network broadcasting is guaranteed. Stable and reliable network broadcasting directly depends on the sound performance of the combination of network server and network adapter software and hardware.

According to the characteristics of the kindergarten's demand for broadcasting, the broadcasting system should meet the following functions:

Background music playback can be divided into zones and time periods. By pre programming on the system host, the system can automatically run, play unattended, automatically select tracks for playback, automatically control playback time, automatically select playback areas, and other personalized functions. Convenient, simple, and fast operation greatly improves the efficiency of the broadcasting system. In addition, the system is equipped with IP network broadcasting microphones, Installed in the management office of the kindergarten, staff can use the call station to conduct voice intercom broadcasts, such as finding people and disseminating emergency information;

The emergency broadcasting system also has automatic fire alarm broadcasting. The system can be linked with fire protection to automatically turn on the power supply of the entire system in emergency situations, achieving automatic alarm. The system is equipped with emergency broadcast playback function, which is combined with fire protection zones and functional zones to divide and control the broadcast area, as well as set the sound source. The emergency broadcast control should have a fire alarm linkage control port corresponding to the area, which is linked with the area alarm output of the fire alarm equipment. In the event of a fire, It can be controlled by the fire linkage signal, regardless of the system's state or the terminal in the area's state (adjustable volume, on or off). In case of a fire, not only can the fire emergency broadcast signal be forcibly cut in this area, but according to the pre-selected settings, it can immediately enter the entire area alarm or N+1~N+4 adjacent layer alarm. The adjacent area (or upper and lower layers) will automatically recognize and cut in the fire emergency broadcast signal. Automatically broadcast pre recorded emergency evacuation broadcasts or broadcast on-site evacuation instructions through microphones to ensure the safety of personnel and property in primary schools.
