Application Introduction

This ultra-thin LCD screen lifting system differs from conventional elevators by being an exceptionally slim multimedia terminal. Its self-developed LCD display casing seamlessly integrates with the machine's aluminum alloy panel, creating a sleek and sophisticated appearance. 1. Ultra-thin multimedia LCD integrated elevator with aluminum alloy material for screen casing;

Full-view 21.5-inch single-sided display screen; The main screen adopts a 21.5-inch IPS full-lamination ultra-narrow bezel (black border ≤5 mm) high-definition LCD panel, enabling high-definition viewing of all screen content without secondary angle adjustment through automatic tilt angle control.

4. The seamless integration of tactile buttons with aluminum alloy panels exudes elegance and sophistication;

5. The premium button design integrates volume up/down controls and pause/signal switching functions on a single panel for convenient operation.

6. Equipped with VGA and HDMI signal interfaces, each can be used independently.

7. When the device reaches the ascending position, the LCD screen automatically powers on; when it reaches the descending position, the LCD screen automatically powers off.

8. Can be connected to the control keyboard or central control system via RS485 bus to achieve remote control and centralized management of the lifting screen; 9. The machine panel and screen casing are available in silver-gray or matte black colors.

10. The elevator panel material adopts a pure aluminum alloy structure, with the material being formed through high-temperature die-casting of aluminum molds, followed by a 24-hour hardening and spray coating process.

11. The control motherboard employs PCB industrial-grade materials, featuring an integrated mechanical design that combines high-voltage/low-voltage/power ports and display interfaces to eliminate messy wiring. Standardized industrial interfaces with robust connector fasteners are utilized to effectively prevent natural loosening and disconnection. The system incorporates an intelligent one-touch start-stop control software for the built-in lift screen.

12. Industrial-grade PCB main boards are used for internal wiring connections, replacing traditional methods that involve excessive cables, complex circuitry, numerous interfaces, loose connections, and susceptibility to aging and instability.

13. Equipped with the most advanced silent transmission architecture to eliminate gear meshing noise, featuring two precision guide rails and built-in high-performance bearings for quiet and smooth operation with noise levels below 20 decibels during lifting.

14. Professional cable protection chain fasteners are used; the chassis is opened to reveal neatly arranged left and right horizontal wiring, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance. 15. High-precision synchronous motors are employed for operation, enabling smooth lifting and precise, reliable automatic opening/closing of the flip door.

16. Supports manual control, wireless remote control, centralized control, and RS485 (network interface) centralized control; 

17. Equipped with wireless induction switches for precise positioning and ultra-stability;
